Vitality starts with attention to the body. With a short on-site chair massage, I bring that attention straight to the workplace: a moment to land, unwind, and return to work with a clear head. I come to your office, trade fair or company event — with my own massage chair, sheets and hygienic covers — so your team can enjoy a moment of vitality at work without any hassle.
The massages are clothed, short and accessible to everyone. No oil, no undressing — just fifteen to thirty minutes of attention for neck, shoulders and back, then straight back to work with renewed focus.
Who & Why
A healthy, vital team starts with small, noticeable moments of care. Chair massage on the work floor eases tension in the neck and shoulders, brings fresh energy, and lets employees feel that their wellbeing is genuinely looked after. It fits a vitality day, a team event, a trade fair, or simply a recurring moment each month.
Drawing on my background in somatic therapy and muscle release, I bring the same attention and calm that I offer in my practice in Leiden straight to the workplace. Short and clothed — but with the same care.
How it works
I will visit your location with my own ergonomic massage chair, sheets and hygienic covers
* Employees stay fully clothed — no oil, no changing
* Sessions of 10, 15 or 20 minutes per person, so a large part of the team can take part in a short amount of time
* Employees book their own slot through an online booking calendar, so everyone picks a moment that suits them
* I work in the Leiden, The Hague and Rotterdam area
* Request more masseuses for bigger teams/events
Packages & Rates
It is possible to book blocks of 3 hours, for example from 9.00 to 12.00. That gives enough time to offer a good part of the team a moment of rest, without disrupting the working day. The packages below are a guideline — for recurring bookings or larger teams, I'm happy to put together a tailored quote and bring in collegues for bigger team/events.

*Travel within the Leiden in uncharged. A rate of €20 is charged for bookings within a radius of 30km, locations further out on request. A booking is always for a minimum of one 3-hour block.*
*Chair massage in the workplace often falls under the Dutch work-related costs scheme (WKR) or occupational health budget, which can make it tax-efficient for your business. I recommend checking this with your bookkeeper or accountant.*
Certification
Certified chair massage therapist through *SoeReiMas*, where I completed both the chair massage and bamboo massage training. These techniques form the basis of the sessions I provide on location — short, effective, and fully clothed.
