Somatic Therapy & Muscle Release
Following the Flow of our bodies to Feel Good
Welcome to a space where we connect to self and one through the movement of our bodies. Feeling into the (e)motions of our beings, expressed through the soma while contemplating life and its balance.
As an invitation to feel good
Who & Why
At some point, I noticed how much tension I was holding in my body, unconsious emotional pain yet very present in daily movements. Feeling convinced I do not have to live with these aches, I listened, learned, felt and choose to no longer push through. It got me into understanding movements of the body, emotional triggers and regulation of our vessel. And therewith, massaging, feeling and releasing all of the old aches and emotions stored from my body, to Feel Good in the movement of my body.

About Somatics
All energy is movement
Air, fire and water, yet also oxygen, blood and life energy. Flowing through our bodies, unconsciously and automatically. In moments of ease, steadily at a calm rhythm. In moments of tension, the pressure rises as the intensity of speed. Unconsciously, as a response to life. In these moments the actions and reactions are rapid, unconsciously aware, the body responds and acts, reacting to action from past experiences, patterns and beliefs. Sometimes, as rapidly as the increase, natural state of feeling returns. Yet, some times, because of overwhelm an emotion locks in, frozen into the body and these points of tension are asking for attention, to be moved back to neutral with tender care in space, time and awareness. To consciously transform the response of the unconscious, relaxing the tension to neutral, to the natural flow of life energy and feeling good in the movement of the body.
Somatic Therapy & Muscle Release
Grounding into being and space with breath, we journey into the body with stretches and movements of the spine while contemplating the emotional versus physical body, feeling the conditions of the mind to restore the balance of the body and heal physical aches.

In these personal sessions we contemplate with awareness of the body, the energies within and surrounding us. By contemplating with curiosity and investigating the mind's memory field to discover the patterns, beliefs and emotions that are held in the physical being, we address the sensitive energetic spots or physical aches. Information stored in these spots is connected to our emotional body and is asking for attention with awareness to transform or release. While we journey through the body and these energies, moving, massaging and stretching them 'out', we release the energy that is no longer serving and heal injuries and aches.
About a journey
Being at ease in space, connecting to breath and scanning the body consciously with touch and movement. Diving deeper into the points of awareness while we journey. Exploring those parts in felt sense, to contemplate, reflect and release energy for the natural flow to move and feel good.

Somatics is relating to the body, especially as distinct from the mind. Using the Pandiculation method as a combined act of a yawn/breath and a stretch, which helps to wake up the nervous system and prepare the body for movement by contracting, extending, and relaxing muscles. Following the mechanics of body movement from a Kinesiological perspective with stretch and touch for health.
