Bamboo massage is a warm, enveloping way of massaging in which the natural warmth of bamboo sticks of varying thickness are used alongside the hands. The rounded shape and warmth of the bamboo make it possible to work deeper and more evenly through the muscles, without it feeling heavy or straining — for you, and for me as the masseuse. The result is a deep relaxation that goes further than a regular massage: tension in larger muscle groups releases more easily, circulation improves, and the body warms from the inside out.
